Bought car, selling old one, car insurance?
When you buy a new car and still have the old one left to sell, do you need fully comp on that car. It still has valid road tax, is that dependent on valid insurance for that vehicle.
My new car insurance covers me for other cars, I'm wondering if that will suffice. Really confused as to what level of cover I need, can anyone help?

No it needs cover, as when it's parked it's not insured0

Your insurance may cover you to drive 'other' cars but this always excludes cars that you own. You need to get your old car insured in its own right to leave it on the road or drive it.0
