I am told that the under the consumer credit card act prior to 2007 that if a card company cannot provide within 14 days a signed copy of the original CC agreement that the accounts may not be inforceable.
All of a sudden as seen on Panorama companies are springing up saying without signed agreements these card where never valid in the 1st place, They charge approx £300 to take on the Card Companies.
Is this correct or not? I have applied to 2 major card companies who so far have no record of any signed contract between myself and them any advise where to go on this?

As a new poster I will try to be nice - if you spent the money pay it back!
If you want to give anyone £300 to look at your agreements - send it to a charity - at least it will go to a good cause - otherwise you may as well burn it.0 -
