Transfer video to phone?

I have a nokia 6680 and want to transfer video files onto the phone.

I have the data cable and the nokia software but its not clear to me..

Please Help!!

If your phone is bluetooth enabled why not buy a cheap bluetooth dongle off ebay. They are very simple to use, cheap, and you can transfer to and from your pc to your phone.

I wouldn't bother with bluetooth it's far to slow, I would buy a RS-MMC USB card reader and pop your memory card in from your phone and just drag and drop the Video file. I wouldn't bother with the 3gp video files either. I use the DVD software from viking to play DivX/avi files on the 6680 and 7610 quality is superb.
