3 day break in Paris

I have just booked a 3 for 2 night break in central Paris with eurostar for £270 including breakfast from the eurostar website........we go 24th Feb and return on 27th. Thats rail travel and hotel............

I also looked for rail tickets to London from where we live, I booked 2 singles each way for £42 return, this was the cheapest way of doing it singles down and singles back leaving at 7.30 am and getting back at 9.30pm, gives us extra time in Paris as we do not leave until 5pm - 4 hours later we will be home....our hotel is opposite the Gare de Nord station where the train comes in, so no travel when we get there and can book in and go for a stroll......before finding somewhere to eat...........central to the rest of Paris too, the metro station is on the corner of the road where the hotel is.....and Sacre Cour 10 minutes walk away.........

    well done. :j
when we went to paris last year (OH 40th) via eurostar, there was a special reduced return rail ticket available, which cost me £23 per person rather than the standard price (which was approx £40)

currently planning trip to Rome this year :j  (my 40th :snow_grin )
smile --- it makes people wonder what you are up to.... ;)
