ok tried to delete the 1s you said and it wouldnt do.. it says i need spybot which i tried to download and it came up not suitable for w32

blue - the correct version of spyware doctor is via here:-

download, install, update and do a ful scan (may take a while) but it wil remove nasties without subscribing..

On top of Rik's suggestions earlier, I'd also look at uninstalling realplayer (known adware)..
this:
HKLM\..\Run: [AOL Spyware Protection] "C:\PROGRA~1\COMMON~1\AOL\AOLSPY~1\AOLSP Scheduler.exe" the remains of AOL's rubbish anti-spyware

..and check your java's up to date and remove earlier versions through control panel/add-remove programs.

Try all the above (Rik's bits and mine) then update and scan with MAlwareBytes, post the log, and then hijackthis again (and allow both progs to delete the nasties they find)...we'll get there...

hi gun thanks ill give it a try even tho ive used that 1 once and it detects all them but only cleans the 1st 6 then u have to pay

hi guys,its no good ive tried them all and this virus is blocking nearly everything you told me to go on.im using works pc at the moment because my lappy is taking ages to start up.im gonna have to take it into the shop..id just like to thank you both for all the help

boot up and keep pressing F8
this will bring up the SAFE MODE screen
choose SAFE MODE WITH NETWORKING

and use all the programs in safe mode

Are you still having problems with Malwarebytes, if so try this routine.

Click on Start, click Run, and then type devmgmt.msc and click OK
On the View menu click on Show hidden devices
Browse to Non-Plug and Play Drivers and you should see something like TDSSserv.sys
Highlight that driver and right click on it and select DISABLE
Now RESTART your computer.
Download a copy of Malwarebytes but DO NOT run it yet.
Rename the downloaded installer file to any generic name such as your own name but keep the .EXE extension on the file and run it.
Once the program is installed go to the UPDATE tab and try to update the program if you can.
Then go to the SCANNER tab and run a Quick Scan and allow MBAM to fix anything found.

got onto malwarebytes downloaded rogue remover did the scan came up clean
