Hi all
I had Microsoft Office on my computer - I bought the Student Version online and downloaded it directly.
My computers hard disk then failed and I have lost everything that was on it - is there any way I can get this back? I downloaded the free trial and tried to enter my product key that I was sent when I purchased it but it did not work.
Any ideas anyone? And also I can't use Open Office etc, needs to be Microsoft Office.
Thanks !

If you downloaded it then you should have created an account with the supplier. Logging into that account should allow you to redownload it for use with the given product key.0

Thanks, I tried to re-logon with my order number and it said cannot be found? Bit strange, although it was a year ago, not sure if that would have something to do with it?

Shouldn't be. You'll need to contact them with the order number and see what happens.0
