I have just applied for an Egg card over the net. Does anyone know how long it usually takes before I receive the card? I am in a rush as 0% period is only till 01/06. :P

If ur application is successful etc..

Providing they don't ask u to send them any aditional ID.... - You should have ur card within about 10 working days - max.

lol - I've in the past actually done a BT - Even though I hadn't received the physical card

Doesn't the Egg online activation process ask for the 3 security digits on the back of the card, though?

Not that I recall - just the numbers from the centre of the card and confirmation whether you want payment protection or not.

I applied for an Egg card 2 weeks ago, the card itself arrived yesterday and I did a SBT to my current a/c immediately ;D.

I hope things run as smoothly for you .

Egg are so fast and efficient. It's shame there aren't more cards like them.

Applied online for Egg Blue on Friday.
Received Credit Agreement Saturday
Signed and posted back Saturday
Monday got email saying card is on the way
Tuesday no card
Still Egg do seem very efficient and expect to receive the card Wednesday.
