voipcheap: not so cheap?

Hi,
I looked at the voipcheap site but it looks as if you only get a trial call for 60 seconds and then it cuts you off. You have to register for calls over a minute. Well, that's fair enough but it looks as if you have to have a £10 minimum credit. Is that right? Looking back at old posts here, it looks as if, at one time, you had to have £1, then £5; it keeps going up! At this rate I will have to make 250 phone calls before I have broke-even.
When I tried to buy credits it seems the only option is to dial a £1.50 per call number, but for each call you only get £1.20 credit. This seems very unfair. £10 credit will cost me £12.50 If I pay £12.50 I expect £12.50 credit. When you top-up a mobile phone, they don't give you £12 for each £15 top-up do they?
It seems voipcheap are getting greedier and greedier. I wonder how much they will up their prices once the trial finishes?
Are their any good voip services where I can pay by credit card and £10 gets me £10 credit?
Thanks.
