Itunes problem now.......

I've just downloaded and done a new install of itunes, but all the music I've bought from the itunes store over the years is on the old pc that died.

Ideas?

If the HDD on your old pc is in working order you could install it in your new system or connect it externally with a suitable cable.

Take out the old HDD and buy a storage case which will allow you to usb it to your new unit.

I've got the old hard drive linked to the new pc and I copied the itunes folder over to the new pc hard drive. When I open itunes though, it's still all empty as it was when I downloaded it.

OK..

Firstly, you can log into the iTunes store with the username and password you used when you purchased them and download them again.

Secondly, if you've been able to retrieve them off the old hard drive, go to File, Add Folder to Library and browse to the folder you stuck them in. It'll then import them.
