Yes I agree, the above post was/is over the top.
However, I too have a gripe with Virgin customer services - I emailed my original complaint, received a standard "acknowledgement" from a no-reply generated service; I followed up with a chasing email and, again, got the same standard acknowledgement from a no-reply generated service. So far, my complaint hasn't been dealt with.
i would not waste any more of your time on them,i had 2 fob you off letters from them both saying pretty much the same i again sent a recorded letter to reiterate my complaint no more replies since.customer service does not seem to be high up with VS priorities these days.0
