    just the thing we signed when the bailiff came round need to dig it out asap when my kids are in bed
    :eek::eek::eek:grand total of debt on 21/1/11 is £8,208.19 :eek::eek::eek:
    debt total on 30/07/12 is £4313.52
    water £847.75, HSBC £479.66, vodafone £262.35, Captial one £415, AA £47.97, scotcall (scottish power) £622, Arrow £420, Welcome £642.41, CSA (scottish power) £484.90, BT £91.50

    And I agree with pepe - it's probably a review. Don't forget it's their job to make you feel frightened. (Actually -sorry to the nice bailiffs out there 'cos I had dealings with one who was fab, it was just all the others!)

    Listen hun that is what they said to me. Take advice from Herbie and act on it to the letter because she knows her stuff. I will say that councils will in certain circs take the debt back. This is what happened to me. I got it on vulnerability grounds, but I am sure that there are other grounds for them taking it back. Don't give up with the council. I went in and spoke to an adviser at my local town hall. They seem more willing to help when you have personal interaction with them.

    i just feel sick to the born as just feel like i'm finally got my butt into gear and started to get my money life on track and then they do this

    Do that because they have to act on a code of practice. If they have agreed something with you, given that they are acting on behalf of your local authority, I wouldn't have thought that they could renege on the arrangement.
