    Hiya

Is this with a debt collecting agency or the original creditor?

Write with proof that £60 is all you can afford. Include a fullBudget if you can. If they can see proof of your situation, thn they are more likely to accep it and continue.
if the debt is Covered by the Consumer Credit Act maybe you should be requesting a copy of the Agreement?

OK you need to PM Herbie. Did you stick religiously to the arrangement you made with the bailiffs. I am going to do a search just to make sure I have given you the right person to pm

    Hiya

Herbie21 is the woman you need to speak to. Do a search for her and then you can click on her name and send her a message. Please don't panic sweetie. I have been in this situation with bailiffs and CT. I am sure that there is something that can be done.

Have you been in contact with the council since the bailiffs got involved?

Sometimes Councils will agree to take back the debt. Do you think that there is something about your circs that may merit this. Sorry to ask so many q's but peeps on here will probably want a bit more info.

    Stay calm hun
