Hey,
Received an email this morning from someone at work who has a very fancy email signature that "moves" using the marquee commands.
It only moves when you open the email, ie it doesnt continue moving. Its a bit like powerpoint where in shoots in to appear and then stays.
How do I do it. I can do HTML no problemos, but cant figure out how to get it working.
Help would be followed by a very big THANKYOU!!!

Open or preview the message and right-click it and View Source. That shows you the <MARQUEE> tag being used and give you general the idea. For example:
<MARQUEE id=Marquee1 style="FONT-SIZE: 8pt; WIDTH: 245px; COLOR: #000066; FONT-FAMILY: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; HEIGHT: 47px" trueSpeed scrollAmount=1 scrollDelay=20 direction=down behavior=slide loop=1 border="2">Kind regards<BR><BR> <HR> </MARQUEE>
See http://www.slipstick.com/mail1/html.htm for instructions on how to create HTML emails in Outlook.0 -
And to automatically add a signature to emails, in Outlook - Tools - Options - Mail Format tab - Signatures.
(I hope you do mean Outlook and not Outlook Express

Yes, done the source and all that.
But when I just put it into the sig. it comes out as the HTML ... not the effects. Like the signature isnt reading it as HTML?
Using Outlook 2003 :-)0 -
On the Mail Format tab make sure message format is set to HTML.0
