A funny real-life one from the radio about honesty not always a great idea. A lady came back to see her TV smashed on the floor. Nobody had broken in. She phoned Contents Insurer to enquire about a claim. They said claim hinged on whether she had a cat, and enquired if she did. She gave the WRONG ANSWER!:rotfl:

I liked the DJ who suggested the answer should have been "I've STOPPED having a cat"....;)

however, if she'd said "no cat" you can picture the scene:-
1) cat shipped off to grannies
2) house gets the best vaccum it ever had, and cat food smells somehow extinguished
3) kids told not to enquire where Whiskers is WHILE man in nice suit is around

Would have to be full military operation !

My advice Olivia is that it's terribly difficult to know what will be happening in 3 years with interest rates, look how quickly they plummeted from 5% to 1%! Would plump for one year, the theory is recession should be over worst by then and that (presumably) means rates back to more "normal" levels.
