I must be the only person around to have made a profit out of that mess.
KE completely messed up my outward transfer from an easy access account and ending a FTB early at time of default.
It transpires they made a mistake with the FTB interest calculation in my favour and attempted to rectify at month end AFTER I'd wiped the easy access account of all but £1.
They never paid me for the loss of interest in transit ( remember that long thread? Have we beaten it yet?) but on balance I calculated that I was still in pocket by roughly £60 overall.
I was waiting for the Icesave fiasco to end before tackling ING. I was going to come clean but suggest that they waiver their loss and I would not take my complaint further ( I've condensed but it was all a complete joke in October/November).
Anyway, have just logged into the new ING account for the first time expecting to see the same negative balance. But no. I have £1 in there.
WOOHOO!
A good week all round.:beer:Well done Ozzylad! Have a g'day. :T

Stepson does a lot of snowboarding. Austria and France several times, and loves a day out at Xtreme at Castleford.
Not been to Xtreme only the Snow Dome near Birmingham a few years ago.
Looking forward to our trip to Tignes. Not sure if many of those French phrases earlier are going to be of much use :rotfl:
We went to St Anton in Austria a few years ago, very lively.
Off to eat some lunch and watch the footie on ITV.MSE. Abandon hope all ye who enter here0 -
Fillet steak, cooked in a pan with butter, wrapped in parma ham, put in the oven to just keep warm. In same pan, with butter and meat juices, finely sliced mushrooms and red pepper, glove of crushed garlic, red wine reduce, add cream and season to taste. Serve meat parcel on a bed of basmati and wild rice mix. Pour over the sauce. It really is delicious. In memory of Chris Hyde #8670
