It's not the Laughing Cow as previously posted that was a joke at Mrs Adey's expense. :o:D

Hey Adey, going back a few pages and you asked about exercise. I know you are waiting for Tibs but my view is a mix of exercise so as not to put too much strain on a particular muscle group.

I was semi-serious about the dance side of things. Not interested in joining a gym like Suesie?
No I think I may take up cycling I'll see what Tibs reckons. :D

I recently saw the tour of Britain cycle race go through my local town, for a built up area they were certainly breaking the limits ;) but amazing fitness :D low impact exercise . It's all good as long as you are a fan of lycra!

I had a fantastic tropical aquarium setup once. Had about 23 fish in there - neon tetras, stripy tetras, larger ones (forgotten their names) and two black mollies and their spry (in a separate baby tank) - all getting along swimmingly (!) until my youngest (about two at the time) decided to 'feed' them. She put in a whole large can of fish food and water purifier. Within a day the tank went very black and smelly. All but 5 of the fish died. It took about a month to get the tank back to its former state, even with water changes every day. That was a very dark time!

Oh dear! My sister had a similar experience with her toddler - but with an outside fish pond (a large half barrel). He decided the fish needed toys to play with and put all his little cars and Lego in there.....then decided he wanted them back so started fishing them out with the net! The fish survived but were a bit shocked to say the least.
I just got lost in thought. It was unfamiliar territory. :D
