yes, a good friend of mine who used to play golf with us, sadly died last year, but he was a brilliant laugh and we always put our balls in with a hand warmer in the winter. That was his favourite saying, and still is mine in the winter!!:D

I had a pre-college summer job "strimming" grass around trees on Coventry Golf Course. Pick up loads of balls..shame there was no ebay in those days:D

Also, the gardener's assistant (who I chatted to) got murdered...not on the golf course ..in a brawl outside a pub....(something about banjos as i recall)
