Unlawful abstraction of electricity dealt with many cases. Usually dope growers costs an absolute fortune to keep "them" plants hot enough.

Oilivia, I feel he was a little harshly treated.....he obviously had a very unhealthy addiction, but don't believe he was any threat to the public, and a community service plus addiction "treatment" would have been more suitable.

I agree totally. What that poor family have gone through! All very unfortunate.
