No gas, but our electricity bills are way higher than yours. Husband is frantic about them. I think we have a dodgy meter (but it costs to get it checked!) or else someone is syphoning it off!

Oilivia, I feel he was a little harshly treated.....he obviously had a very unhealthy addiction, but don't believe he was any threat to the public, and a community service plus addiction "treatment" would have been more suitable.0
