To maintain a young feeling one needs to eat healthy and drink plenty of natural water rather than Alchohol which is not good ,a little Red Wine though can be beneficial.
Do not stress and very important is to maintain a good healthy sex life with ones partner or indeed partners ,the more sometimes can be the better but you need stammina for that.

Wow, what a turn up for the books! Africanman, very good to see that you are now with us.

Just popped in to say that BT have given me 20 minutes of internet grace, then I'll be 'taken down':eek: for a few days while they install a shiny new phone line for me that really works. Least I hope so!
