    I don't know if you can remember on the old thread someone called fox someting or other came in a said what a brilliant job the FSCS were doing got ripped to pieces by the pack of hounds.

    How cool is this: Have had 300 francs sitting around for quite a few years. Just checked with the Banque de France website and the Delacroix 100 F note can still be exchanged for euros, but only until the end of January. My daughter is over there for a few days next week. Kerching!!!! Thought that was £45 well and truly lost.

    OK, not earth-shattering, but it's a bit like finding £45 on the pavement!
