Hey I've been busy pal was going to save it for the 100,000, but feel we may not make it.

Ages now, since Icesave went,
In North Atlantic sank.
Anxious savers asked for help,
Icelandic answers stank!
Our Darling to the rescue.

The compo system started,

The first time, this had happened,
Were sure that they could cope.
Us Money Saving Experts,
Just sat around in hope.
Three hundred thousand waiting,

But no one seemed to know.

Just hand picked straws instead.
But Emails now the problem.

Then Clicking Finger Syndrome,
So very quickly spread.
Too frequent inbox checking.

As more and more got paid out,
The worse it seemed to get.
All huddled round our laptops.
By ‘eck we used to fret.
Three months of mental torture,
Has let us scarred inside.
Each time I see Katona,
I run away and hide.
A bank account at Icesave,
Like marriage, such a shame,
