    did you do as you were told and have a veggie meal today -it is good for your movements also :rotfl:
    Doc told me some years ago too much red meat is not good for you and pork is classed as red meat also -when I lived in Germany used to eat a lot of pork steaks and that caused my problem:eek:

    I'd rather die at 60 eating a juicy steak than live as long as a giant tortoise fed on lettuce, I am a great believer in fate, what will be will be. That's why I had liver, bacon, sausage and onion gravy, with new spuds carrots peas and sprouts, very nice too. ;):D

    never played poker -in fact never even played any card game -dominos was my limit 25 years ago:rotfl: sad that is -never gambled except the Lotto and once went to races in Harare (saw Mugabe !!!:eek: ) there my colleague had owned some Horse so £25 total bed -result nothing :rotfl: so never again.
