Honestly it absolutely infuriates me, what has happened to our justice system. You can be a law abiding citizen and first time you're caught speeding you will be fined and your licence will be endorsed. Any yob under 19 years can be cautioned up to 3 times for very serious criminal offences including assaults and burglary it just doesn't make sense anymore. :mad:

That's right Ami, our street is pretty good but there's one "kid" (he's probably 20 ish now) who is a known trouble maker and tries to break in to houses, even his hair was found in neighbours (who had tv nicked) on the last occasion - but does he end up in the nick, does he f*ck? :mad:

I used to be quite PC on this stuff, but wonder if there are some harsher deterrents than communiity service as unfortunately prisons seem to be saturated...
