Baking - I never know how much butter to use, love.
A shameless device to mention Nigella (yes I'm been scrutinizing her Soft Peaks again). At one point she says "and now a modest amount of butter" at which point she deposits the entire contents of the largest packet of butter I've ever seen ....0 -
