I have been trying to get a refund from Savapoint [only £2.99] for non delivery of goods ordered and paid for 23/11/05 [we will deliver in 7-14 days], after a load of hassle got through to a human [ish] who said they would redeliver the item which is out of stock, I said just refund to my card. The upshot is that I have given them till 12/01/06 to refund cash and I have informed T/Standards, do I stand a chance of getting this paltry amount back, does any one know of this mob, are they good, bad or indifferent
