I have a serious heart condition and am allowed to have a blue badge for parking plus attendance allowance at the lower rate. Am I likely to be entitled to free Road Fund Licence?. It was £185 for the year for our car last time. As we are over 65 there are some things we are not entitled to e.g. my husband cannot get Carer's allowance.

I think the answer to that is 'no', but your best bet is to contact DWP (the AA section) and ask them. I don't know anything about AA - but suspect if you're not on the higher rate then you won't be eligible. Only those on the highest rate of mobility with DLA qualify.
