How to keep their staff from going off on the sick after having given them unrealistic sales targets for personal loans etc. If they don't reach them they don't even get an annual pay rise never mind a bonus.
How are they going to keep new staff, they recruit them and then they realise how bad the job is that they leave within a couple of months as they can't hack it.0 -
