Best Savings Account for Charity

I run a nationally registered charity. Our savings account with HSBC has just gone to 0.05% interest. There is over £30,000 in that account. There MUST be a better way. Any suggestions would be most gratefully received.

I know these are difficult times .... but please .... Even if the base rate falls to 2.5% that is currently absurd.

Or am I just out of sync?
