buying xmas gifts online

I want to buy all my xmas prezzies over this weekend online as I usually do. But this year I only possess a Solo Natwest debit card and no credit cards. So i have asked my mother for the use of her credit card so I have some protection for the purchases and give the cash on Monday. (She will pay bill staright away, so no interest probs there :D )

The three ways of ordering the items are:

1. order in my name, deliver to my address
2. order in her name, deliver to my address
3. order in her name, deliver to her address

I know it is dependant on the suppliers site, with some insisting that for anti-fraud purposes, they will only deliver to the cardholder address.

My question is: Do the purchases receive the same level of protection from the credit card companies regardless of which method is used?
