I've used them several times and had no problems....i just tried calling them and had the same problem though???

Just got an email back from them guys:

Thank you for your email. Unfortunately there is a fault with our telephone system and BT are doing the best they can to resolve this.

Should you wish to speak to a member of staff, please provide us with your contact telephone number and someone will call you within 30 mins.

We do sincerely apologise for the inconvenience.

The exclamation marks came up automatically so I guess they are banned on here? I did type in the company name.

I had a few emails from them and a telephone call from an american sounding guy telling me that all was well - if they are genuine, which at this moment in time I have no reason to believe otherwise, their customer service is second to none!!

They have also given me the option to cancel the order if I am not happy with the service provided.

I will stick with it/them and hopefully the order will arrive next week.

Thanks for all your replies and messages - its really made me feel a lot better about it all.

Thanks i googled it as all one word copyed from the first post but found it now looks a legit site and if you pay by credit card your protected anyway i think
