Has anyone bought or even heard of this company?

I ordered a game off them the other day - no problems with the ordering and I got a confirmation email straight away but I've just tried to ring them and the phone number says that it doesn't take incoming calls!!!!:eek:

What do I do next?

I paid on a cc so does that help me at all?

Any advice would be so appreciated xxx

Oh that doesn't sound good does it? Email them if possible but also you might want to think about contacting trading standards to see if they've had any problems with them. Pretty sure with CC you're more protected than if you'd paid by any other means but not sure if there's a minimum /maximum spend involved. Check with your CC company.

Lots of online retailers only accept correspondance via email, I would give them a chance to deliver. Check their shipping info and this may give you an idea of how long you need to wait for delivery. Paying by CC won't really help unless over £100.

The postcode appears to be for a location on the corner of Queen's Road and Belgrave Road, in Walthamstow, London. It looks like it's either a small shop or house.

Why do businesses on the internet try to hide what they are? Either way, a call to Trading Standards sooner rather than later might be no bad thing.

I've used them in the past and never had any trouble to be honest. Been quite happy with them.
