Asda card from GE rubbish service

I have just put the phone down after speaking to a customer service operative because I could not access my account online. 15 minutes waiting for Mumbai to answer then " I will put you through to the relevant department".
The next operative tells me there is a block on my account because I reported a suspect £30 debit on Vodaphone on the 20th Nov.
I have used the card several times since and paid money to it but 8 days after my suspect debit they block the card without telling me.
No idea when it will be unblocked if legitimate or a new card given if not.
Tip If you want to ring their customer services use a mobile on 02081810000 which is the number you would call from overseas.(on the back of the card)
If you forget your online password they take 48 hours to reset it unlike most transactions which take minutes.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND ASDA CARD OR GE CARDS FOR THEIR NAF SERVICE.

Not only does the website regularly not respond (locking me out for the next couple of attempts), but now I can't view the transactions for my latest statement! And I have now gone back to paper statements - at least then I can see what I am paying for. Is 2p a litre off petrol really worth the grief from GE?

I'm glad it isn't just me then ! I turned the paper statements back on when most of my transactions went missing from the online history. I have had a credit go missing for a month too from the paper statements. Luckily I had a record of paying it on my bank statement.
It seems strange that Asda carry on using GE as agents, since they are providing such a substandard service. I remember writing to them to say the online service was pants, and asking why the online statements couldn't be in PDF format. Never did get a reply....0
