Free Ringtones, Logo's etc
https://www.cbfmobile.co.uk has wide range of ringtones etc for FREE (either receive via text or download via GPRS/Wap)
Although there is no charge for the tones, logo's etc you will obviously pay your mob networks standard sms/gprs/wap charges.....but if you get free texts or access to gprs/wap then there really is NO charge.
I have used them for over a year and not had any problems.

Have others tried this service and is it free (or rather, the standard cost of a text message, plus WAP to download)?
 Many thanks

I have used this site many times and once you get the hang of the wap (?) call part of it I found I could download about three ringtones at once for a 10p call.
The polyphonic tones are great and actually sound like the tune. Just got a new phone so will be heading there tonight to download some.0

Does this mean that you can you put multiple tunes into the same text message (although that might appear a little tight given that they are already letting you have them for the cost of a text message :-[)?

I didn't do them by text message but by wap (?), where you download to the phone, as soon as it comes in you save and go onto the next! Once you get good at it, you can do 2/3 for a 10p call cos I check the balance before and after
You need to write down the codes of the tunes before you start so you can work quickly but to be honest you can do one to start with and it should only cost you about 10p, I use Virgin. Alternatively if your phone has an 02 simcard that has the 300 text and wap it would be free?
edit to add: MrB, I noticed you have the Orange World free trial so try using that to download the ringtones, that was how I got started, so they really were free 0 0
