ipod touch screen problem- Help please

Hi,

I bought an ipod touch through from argos a few weeks ago.

The screen has now developed like a watermark over it.

I did not expose it to water at any time but this is what it looks like. when it happened I was cleaning it with a dry kitchen towel.

Does anyone know what has hapened and if it would be fixed under guarantee?

I am afraid they will accuse me of getting it wet as this looks like what has happened .

sounds like the screen has cracked...!... just take it back and ask for a replacement as its faulty and keep stumm about what you may have done.

Thanks will try this but a bit nervous. also it seems Argos have no stock at the moment to provide a replacement.

Know it sounds silly but have fallen in love with it so much I would hate to be without it even for a short period.:embarasse

If you have purchased the original Touch then I was told that there were issues with the screen marking and that the new one has different protection on it.
