Hey your not all alone I have had major problems with BT and are taking them to court for a load of issues. I have recently published a website dedicated to BT Complaints it is BTComplaint dot co dot UK on the site go to contact and then you under the subheading

• BT Contact details which provides you with the BT executive email addresses as well as phone numbers for some of them.
