Bunny I am the same. What I have found is that I was working too hard. If you run flat out or swim flat out you burn off glycogen rather than fat. When you burn glycogen your body needs to replace it and therefore it makes you hungry. If you burn fat you shouldn't have an increased appetite. I have lost virtually no weight since I started running, def changed shape but it's down to the fact I was running too hard I think. The last 2 weeks I have made a concious effort to slow down to a real easy pace, do lots of fast walking instead and I have lost 5 pounds and not really been any hungrier than normal (which of course is always starving!)

i'm not shifting weight much either and less than impressed but the inch thing is happenning too....

personally being the big muscley chick would still be alright in my eyes...!!

i'm trying not to get too hung up on the scales, i think i posted on here that i wasn't going to weigh myself until the month end, well that never happenned as i'm jumping on the scales whenever i am in the leisure centre, which is 2-3 times a week... pah!!!

i have only 1 pair of jeans that look good, all others are hanging off my buttocks after an hour of wear though, so something is changing for sure....

and like your OH, even Big G is noticing... and i'm not even naked!!
I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....

its easy to become obsessed with the scales though isn't it. I try not to weigh myself as if I haven't lost anything I get down and then I eat....kind of defeats the object!

Glad both of your DH's have noticed...mine hasn't

Afternoon!! Am I too late for the Jaffa Cakes?

Helloooooo to all the new posters - hope you stick around and post more. :)

I have just had my boiler fixed, for the princely sum of £95. I thought I was going to need a new boiler so I am a *little* relieved.

Apart from that I am just busy busy busy today trying to get the house ready for a  visitor :o this evening....

    Happy? Me? :D:D:D:D:D

Hehe thanks you two! And as it turns out, I don't need to cook! :j

Sadly it's not the full weekend though, just tonight. I'm working at 9am tomorrow!
