well the ex still wont give me the password to use the wireless connection:mad:
so i guess i really should be checking out mobile broadband or getting meself a new supplier
    :D

    Seriously? That's sad!

I'm not sure if there's a legal way around it bar having the isp provide it directly. The WPA/WEP? key is usually printed on the back of the box that the modem came in, or the modem itself. Do you pay for the service? If so, there should be a way to get it back. If not, you may need to get ex to cancel it (unless you go mobile). Mobile broadband is more expensive, but can work out as a reasonable deal if you take a longer contract. Some people even throw in free laptops these days....

I don't know their prices, but I've taken out a contract with O2 fixed broadband in the last fortnight and have to say that they're the best (of four) providers I've ever had contracts with. They also offer discounts if you have a mobile contract with them.

You can get pay as you go mobile broadband from the likes of 3. dongle/modem are £39-99 from play.com and £10 gets you a 1 gig top up voucher, you can buy the dongle/modem from a 3 shop if you have one nearby they are £49-99. don't expect proper broadband speed the speed depends on the area you are in. it can be anything from 1/2 meg to around 2 megs.

ps 1 gig will allow you to surf the net/check emails etc, but if your a heavy user they do 3 gigs for £15 which
is what you will need if your downloading stuff like music/videos etc.

    Good morning all,
I have this morning off, still looking for a new flat.
Im going to have to ask the landlord for more time, will he say yes??
Yesterday my boss accepted my application to *sell* holidays from next year! Now it just has to make it past HR.
I completed my Coop area commitee nomination form last night, just have to post it off and get elected!
I hope everyones day is full of positivity.
