Customer Compliance Query About Benefit Claim

I got a letter 2 days ago (dated 25/11) saying that Jobcentreplus want to discuss a query that has arisen concerning my claim to benefit.
I've to see someone later this afternoon, which is a bit quick!
Reading through all the threads about Customer Compliance, I'm unsure whether "query" is actually shorthand for someone making a malicious fraud complaint? Or is it a general term/standard letter that means all sorts of things.
All I can think of is that I was claiming Incapacity Benefit, and recently failed my medical (even more weird, the points "ticked" didn't quite correspond to what I told the nurse!). So I'm currently waiting for my appeal for IB.
I was on "permitted work" at 15 hours a week for 4 months or so earlier this year, but I couldn't keep it up as the stress/insomnia/anxiety got to me.
I've just recently claimed Income Support while the appeal gets processed.
Is it the fact I did permitted work for a while that's the problem?

It really could be anything, from a simple misunderstanding to an allegation of something much more serious. Try not to worry, I'm sure it will be fine.Gone ... or have I?0

I had something like that happen to my sister, it was because NI contributions were showing on her claim.0

many reasons for this type of interview from a fraud referral to a review of any benefit paid, just remember its in the public interest to ensure the correct amount of benefit is paid at the right time, this could also mean that your not receiving enough benefit as well as meaning your receiving too much0

It turned out it was because of the Permitted Work (I was in such a flap I said assisted work on my first post originally!).
I was going crazy thinking someone had made a malicious phone call, and was wondering who would be so horrible. The man was very nice and I took in all my bank statements and explained myself, so it was a huge relief.
Makes me wonder why he wouldn't know about it, shouldn't all my details be there on their screen to see?0 -
I am glad everything was ok for you.
