Has anyone had problems getting through to Primus recently?

Hi all
I've used Primus as my CPS for a couple of years now and one of the good things about them was how quickly I got through whenever I needed to speak to their customer services. However over the last couple of weeks I've tried a few times but just get held in a queue for ages. Tonight I waited 45 mins before finally giving up!
Also the recorded anouncement you hear when you are given the press 1 for this, 2 for that options has been re-recorded.
Have their been taken over or something???

No, outsourced their CS to India (possibly Mumbai) last month. In hindsight, that may not have been a wise move.Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.0

Finally got through to them tonight. Absolutely Terrible line. Was almost impossible to hear a word the customer services rep was saying.
I'm not a big fan of Indian call centres in general but this was without doubt my worst experience.0 -
