    Hi all

After months of trying I finally won an auction with my meagre amount of points.
The auction was for a Family pass to the Sea Life Centre (which I understand will be in the form of an email).
I just wondered if anyone could tell me how long it takes for the prize to be forwarded.

    Thanks

    Hi me_eevie

I don't know if the sea life centre auction is like the seal santuary one as I won one.

I too thought an email was due for the pass but nothing came so phoned nestle and they said the email saying I won the auction was the family pass.

However two days before I went to the sanctuary I received four tickets from Merlin Entertainment who run the sea life centres, seal sanctuary and dungeons.

So I don't know but would have thought you would receive four tickets and not use the email.

    Thanks Yobba

I have confirmation of the winning bid and this suggests a further email will be sent.

I guess with it being Easter things will take a little longer than usual.

Hope you enjoyed your visit to the Seal Sanctuary :)

    Many thanks for your reply.
