I just started a new Kitkash account (thanks to all the people who posted codes to help me on my way)! Having read lots of posts here about how this year's kitkash auctions are terrible with things going for ridiculously high bids I thought some people might not have noticed that there are usually one (or sometimes more) 'LOWEST BID WINS' auctions in each category. Thus the same widescreen TV that is currently reaching bids of over 200,000 in the 'normal' auction went for only 400 and something in a recent 'lowest bid wins' auction. You can tell if it is a LBW auction as the colour of the auction bidding widget is different .. I think it's blue for normal and yellow for LBW (mind you I'm colour blind so this might not be accurate!). The auction works exactly as it says... the lowest unique bid wins the item. I realise this involves more luck than a normal auction (you are only allowed one bid on each LBW item) but if you have extra kitkash points I feel it's worth a go as if you don't win you get them recredited when the auction finishes!
Good luck everyone:cheesy:

I think the lowest unique bid auction is unwinnable.
I saw sombody recently setting up a syndicate via EBAY. I think he was setting up all the numbers from 1 to 500. Therfore ALL the winners will be inside his syndicate as it is impossible to have a unique bid below 500.0 -
