Well I think I just got lucky - I was bidding on the Weekend Break for two, and won with a bid of 55,000. I received my confirmation email, but then 2 hours later the website crashed. I went back in and it told me I had not won the auction, recredited me with the 55,000 and sold it to someone else for 56,000!
But the best part is, 24 hours later the lady from best western hotels called me, and asked me which dates I would like to book.
Gotta be happy with that - I did actaully try and contact Nestle to let them know, but that was 5 days ago and they haven't got back in touch yet! For those who are interested, the contact page is
