Assuming you're already registered just click on the following link.

Log in and at the top of the page you'll see the Add Kash button.
If you're not, register and then follow the above instructions.

The above are bonus codes - ie. given out by newsletters etc and can be used by more than one person. The codes on wrappers can only be used once.
