I just have to say we have had fantastic service from direct line.
We have had insurance with them for 11 months and our cat got run over, she had to have a 1 week stay in the pet hospital and treatment, the total came to £1578.
We contacted direct line and they sent out the form, we filled it in and they paid it without any arguments or quibbles. The excess was only £60.
We have just got our new policy through and they have only gone up by 50p a month, which i was suprised as i thought it would be a lot more, so we will be staying with them.
