Holiday in December using SuperBreak Vouchers

Hi just wondering if anyone can help with a last minute holiday in December.
I have £300 of SuperBreak vouchers to use (But could spend a bit more) and would like to go somewhere warm and sunny between Sat 6th December and the 18th of December.
As my boyfriend and I have never been anywhere on our own, we don't know what to do when booking a holiday like this. ie: Best places for flights, how to get from airport to hotel and back and obviously the most important Where to Go!!!
The OH doesn't like too much heat and as we are larger built not too far incase the flight is uncomfortable. However I love swimming and he likes the gym, so If there is anywhere still warm enough for this then it will be great.
As we live near Tamworth, all the Midlands airports are ok but not essential.
If anyone has any suggestions? They would be much apprecieted
