Can anyone help?

Hi there ive just got my 2nd icesave email and i have 1 easy access account and 2 fixed, i log on and by the account it say initiate but theres no box to tick for if i want to leave it to mature. Do i have to initiate anyhow or if i do this will it just go through now?

You have to click initiate to get to the next screen where you can decide whether to let it mature or not.

You do not commit yourself to anything until you click a confirm button later on in the process, so until then things can be reversed ie you can back and change your decision
