Stonk

I've never had a single problem with Argos. Everything I've bought has been reasonably priced, has worked, the staff have been OK, and they've always taken my returns.

I feel really left out. It's not fair to single me out in this way. Why don't they treat me like everyone else?!

I feel ashamed and embarassed to say I fall into the same category ... is there a self help group for people who have been well treated by Argos. After Christmas I wanted to return something and they turned around and said 'no problem, sir' and quickly refunded the amount onto my credit card ... it was so embarassing .. I had to walk out of the shop with a smile on my face.

I have tried voting with my feet and gone back into the shop but they continually treat me with courtesy. Please help I am at my wits end .. how do I get them to stop discriminating against me and treat me like other customers.

I think this was on the Vent board as they were complaining that they hadnt had bad experiences at Argos - ie Venting about good experiences and why cant they expereince bad aswell!

I did actually realise that there was humour and irony in the post and that was why stonk posted on Vent. (That's also why I inserted a winking smilie in my post.)

Anyway, regardless of that, it's not a suitable Vent post and so was moved.

Thank you for this thread as i for one an getting a little tired of hearing certain stores such as argos vented at all the time, it makes me wonder what attitude the customer goes in with when they have a problem i for one always start with a smile
