Golf Tv Pro Shop - Awful Service!

On 7th December 2005 I ordered a Swingsetter golf club from Golf Tv Pro Shop (they have a Sky Channel and you can order online). This order was for a left handed, medium swingsetter. On 22nd December the Swingsetter arrived but it was a right handed size large. This was very annoying as it was to be a Christmas present for my husband. I telephoned Golftvproshop and they apologised and said they would arrange to collect the club and then would send out the correct one. (They said they couldn't send the right one until they received it back)

On 28th December the Swingsetter was picked up (this being the earliest they would come and collect it). I have since tried on numerous occasions to telephone Golf Tv Pro Shop to ascertain when I can expect delivery of my left handed Swingsetter but after the initial "welcome to Golf Tv Pro Shop" message the phone just rings and rings and is never answered. It is a premium rate number so Im not sure if Im being charged whilst its ringing like this. The service for this Swingsetter has been appalling and I will not be ordering anything again from Golf Tv Pro Shop. I will also be sending a letter of complaint to the Management of this golf channel.

Anyone else had any experience of buying from these people? Also, does anyone know a name of anyone at the 'top' that I can write to in order to complain? To say I am very annoyed is an understatement!
