ISA'S old and new queries

Hi...
just a couple questions on ISA's.. I opened one last year with Barclays which I used and withdrew money out of.... This year I added money to it again.

Can anyone tell me whether I can still open another ISA with another provider?

I think I should be able to as my barclays ISA was opened last year, even though I've put money into it this year.

You can open one with another provider, sure.
But you can't add funds to it unless you first transfer this year's ISA from Barclays.
As soon as you put funds into your Barclays ISA this year, then that's the one and only one you can now fund this year.

    Hope that makes sense.
