New roof quote - is this ok?

Options
I hope to be buying a victorian detached house which the builder has quoted at costing £8-9, this is using slate substitute tiles.
It is a small/average size roof but it goes down over a bathroom too, so is L -shaped [looking down on it].
Will get more quotes but does this seem ok?
Thanks for your help.

It sounds reasonable if you take into account that the job is a little more complex than a normal job if it has to go down over another part of the building. Get some more quites though and compare - I recommend you use a good, reputable builder for this type of job though.
